However, some third-party websites do keep track of your browsing activities. 14. How to appeal.

If you wish to appeal our decision regarding a consumer rights request, contact us at privacy@claimpartner.com within 30 days of receiving our decision. Provide your name, contact information, the details of your original request, and the reason for your appeal. We will review and respond within 45 days, or as required by law, with a final decision.

15. Data Security.

(a) We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.
